Kia Forte
The Forte sedan is all-new for 2019 and is larger than the 2018 version, with more rear legroom and cargo room in the trunk. All Forte sedans come with a 2-liter 4-cylinder engine producing 147 horsepower. There are four trim levels to choose from. There is the base FE which comes standard with forward collision avoidance assist, the LXS which brings alloy wheels, the S with Kia’s UVO infotainment system, and the topline EX with ventilated front seats as well as a 10-way power-adjustable driver’s seat. A 6-speed manual transmission is available on the base FE grade while all other sedan grades come with an automatic continuously variable transmission. Customers can also choose the Forte5 with a 5-door hatchback body style which offers a 164 horsepower 4-cylinder paired to a 6-speed automatic in the base LX and midrange EX levels while the sporty SX has a turbocharged 1.6-liter 4-cylinder making 201 horsepower mated to an automatic 7-speed dual-clutch transmission with a 6-speed manual optional.
